Can someone please help. I've been struggling with Verizon ivhave never experienced such a horrible service. We constantly don't have internet and since November 2023 , nIve been asking for my gift cards and nothing. I hate calling them because I'll Stat at least 2 hrs on the line with their customers service located in te Philippines. I just don't know what else can I do .
