Giftcard trouble

I was promised a $200 giftcard when I switched to Fios. It is the only reason I switched. Now I'm being told that it's not listed on my order.  I've messaged 3 times.  I've spoken to someone once who was supposed to transfer me to a superviser and instead I was transferred to nowhere and hung up on.  So frustrating. Not sure what to do.
