Give me my trade in credit or give me my phone back!

So on November 13th I upgraded with trade in. Mailed my phone back, confirmed by several reps and my tracking receipt it was recieved by Verizon on December 6th. Since them I have waisted countless hours speaking and chatting with different reps who all assured me they fixed the problem. The best part is yesterday I spoke with one who even sent me an email confirming it had been credited and would update in 24hrs. It even had a ref number! 24 hrs later guess what, nothing. How is it customers hold there end up and Verizon doesn't? As soon as this is resolved I am leaving Verizon for food! I've been a loyal customer for years and years! So they take your phone AND charge you! I've never been this dissatisfied with any company! This has cost me to have an over 1000.00 phone bill. Well I gotta go get some sleep, I have ANOTHER call scheduled for tomorrow to waste my day off again!!!!
