Going on 8 months of trying to cancel my service

I began requesting my account cancellation on January 8, 2023 and here we are today, July 4th 2023 and I have gotten the runaround by numerous agents, I have been threatened with "buy-out fees" and not one person has actually helped me. I cannot get resolution through your company, and from what I have read from other people's experience, perhaps it's time to hand this over to legal.

If there is an **actual** escalation possible, I would be willing to entertain giving Verizon one more chance to make this right. If it's the usual process where I gather all my evidence and send in writing, along with a letter, only to end up in another dead end, I will let our lawyers do that. At this point, I would rather pay them than Verizon.
