What browser are you trying to use? Firefox seems extremely security conscious and sometimes things do not work as they do when using other browsers. I also experienced the credit not showing up in the cart; however, when I checked the app, the credit did appear. The credit also appeared when I used the Chrome browser. If the credit does not show in the cart, you may want to try a different browser.
