I was wondering if anyone else is having the same issues. I redeemed my Google Home promotional credit and received an email with an order number on 11/3. I have yet to get any kind of status. I have had conversation with 8 different people. That is eight! And still no answers. I have been promised a call back by a manager twice and yet no return calls. I am starting to believe that this order will never happen. But the worse part is the lack of customer service.
