I got a new Samsung Galazxy Note S23 and changed my plan. You sent me an email that says:
"Get the NFL Sunday Ticket on YouTube, on us:
As part of your order, you qualify for the NFL Sunday Ticket from YouTube and YouTube TV, on us. Once your service is activated, we'll send you instructions on how to claim (must claim within 60 days)."
I signed up for NFL Sunday Ticket using the offers I am supposed to be able to redeem from Verizon, and the page showed the cost as being $0. However, when I redeemed the offer, I still got billed $40, and then you sent me a receipt saying I am being billed the $489 for NFL Sunday Ticket.
I'd like to correct this ASAP. How will Verizon make this right?

I got the same issue. About to angrily call Verizon tomorrow. The app is so trash. Sunday Ticket was the entire reason I got fios and if I get charged for it, I am going to be livid.

I had the same exact thing happen. I redeemed my offer on my account but when it got to the payment portion it had the full amount of $449. I called Verizon before confirming payment asking what was going on? Confirming I had the offer. Verizon states you will have to enter billing info but that you wonโt be charged if you have the promo. The customer service rep confirmed my promotion and eligibility and then told me I wouldnโt be charged and if I was then it would be credited. I WAS CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT. When I called today, the customer service rep told me they would only be able to credit me half of the amount? How is this possible???
