Since upgrading 4 phones recently, the issues have been insane. Original phone offers not honored, no credits for overcharges, in fact, when they said it had been corrected, bill went up over 100 dollars. Why? They don't know! But I'm stuck having to pay even after I received confirmation that it would be resolved within 3 days. Ha! Verizon is a joke!
