Verizon asked me to trade in Apple Watch 4 for the 7 I followed instructions sent it in and got the new one set it up. Fast forward 32 months my iphones and watch are getting old and they offer trade ins I accept again at which point I realize they have been charging me for two watches ever since the last trade. Store canโt wonโt help so spend over an hour with non American who trained to under no circumstances admit wrongdoing or refund overcharges. She spend 90 minutes grilling me to find some technicality why this is my fault finally admits they received the watch and should not have continued billing me. Then she offers to refund one month not the 31 months!!! She says itโs my fault I didnโt put a stop to it. Ok so we go round for thirty minutes of how ludicrous this position is and how she must put me in touch with someone with authority to refund the $620 she wonโt she claims to be highest authority I can reach in Verizon. IM GOING TO EXERCIZE MY RIGHT TO RETURN THE $2000 worth of IPHONE AND ULTRA WATCH IM SURE ATT WILL BE GLAD TO GIVE ME NEW ONES FOR SIGNING UP
