Has anyone got the Amazon fire tv?

at first the wrong promo was applied, had to submit a ticket for that, then they said I wasn’t on the right plan, had to submit a ticket for that then they had to redo the first ticket, and now they’re saying it’s fixed and they’re waiting on a code from Amazon. This is crazy. I feel like I’m just being lied to. Very close to filing a FCC complaint at this point.

I’ve called 10 times and get told something different every time. I’m literally on hold now for this issue.  I was told I had to wait until August 31 to get it. Now I’m calling about it and another excuse.  I need Verizon to homer this promotion.
