We have service at our home. We had not gotten our first bill, so we contacted Verizon. They had the correct house number, and street. However, the city, and zip code, were not. I made the corrections with the CSR, as well as online. Every month ( since May), I have had to request a bill They say they will send one...but then..send them to the incorrect place. At one time, many years ago, the area was redistricted. The address Verizon is sending them to would've been correct...if it was 1998. What can I do? .
