Help with Fios Account - considering discontinuing service

I am coming up on my 2 year anniversary since starting Fios. I was offered a great deal in January, if I sign up for a 2 year extension, but now, no one seems willing to work with me to meet that price. Is there anything you can do? I do have other high speed options in my area and I will cancel if I have too. Thank you.
