I wrote a letter to the Verizon Correspondence Team outlining multiple calls with CSRs, supervisors, my credit union and Financial Services since May of this year, trying to escalate my case. My printer won't work! Is there an e-mail where I can send this document so that I can try to avoid collections and keep pushing this forward? Or a phone number where I can at least notify the Correspondence Team that I am still disputing an almost $1000 charge after all of these months? Thank you in advance for any advice. I have tried to work with Verizon customer service--there are so many notes saying I have done everything they've asked me to do--but gotten nowhere so far.
