Hello fios,
I signed up during the holidays and as part of my contract I was to receive a $100 Amazon gift card. I have called multiple times and chatted via the text option and I still don’t have a straight answer OR my gift card. I’m current on my bills and have had service for months now, why haven’t you followed through? It’s incredibly frustrating and I know a lot of other people are having this problem too.
