Hello my service has been disconnected for none payment.  My bill has been paid in full with a credit balance. Why is that I am unable to get any tech support with this issues after hours?????  If I could add a screenshot showing when and how my bill was paid I would. I am beyond frustrated right now ๐Ÿ˜ซ ๐Ÿ˜ฉ

The exact location may vary slightly depending on the specific forum platform used by Verizon. Once there, you can typically view, send, and manage your private messages with other forum members.

Hi erickadmc465,

Private messages are sent via this community platform and can be accessed by clicking/tapping on the envelope icon at the top right of any Community Page. When a new message arrives, a number will appear on the envelope.
