Hello my service has been disconnected for none payment. My bill has been paid in full with a credit balance. Why is that I am unable to get any tech support with this issues after hours????? If I could add a screenshot showing when and how my bill was paid I would. I am beyond frustrated right now ๐ซ ๐ฉ

Private messages are sent via this community platform and can be accessed by clicking/tapping on the envelope icon at the top right of any Community Page. When a new message arrives, a number will appear on the envelope.
