Home Offers-Can't Redeem?

I've been trying to redeem a home offer for a Target Gift Card for almost 2 months now.  And every time I try to redeem. it claims my bill is over due, which it is not, it is current and HAS been current, in fact, it's on autopay.  Why can't Verizon update the accounting and get this straight?  You promise offers that your customers cant redeem, and its frustrating to go through hoops and to have to come on  forum and see that this is the norm that happens to many customers.  Update the offers page that syncs with billing!!!!

So now they took the offer away completely.  Im disappointed in you Verizon, I expect this from Spectrum, but not you.
