I haven't been able to access the internet billing payment tab for about a week now. I cleared the cache, logged out and back in a few times and the billing payment is still not accessible on the app. Anyone else having this issue?

Hello, Dany79. Help is here as we always want making a payment to be an easy process for you. Please tell us more on how you are attempting to access the bill payment option. Are you using the online My Verizon app or the desktop version?
