I recenty upgraded my plan to the holiday offer for triple play 89.99 per month.    The bill shows 99.99.   I told Verizon that I did everything online.   They said you did it by phone.   Far worst service ever.   Will be cutting it off and sending in a big complaint for the lady hanging up the phone on me.
