- I need help.! I NEED SUPERVISOR !! Verizon is the worse provider than out there. They were soppose to credit my account and my bill was $220 originally, after the credit $190.00 well my bill is $247.00. People!, why?!, Also, I can't never speak to a supervisor. There are times where I've been on the phone with customer service for 3 hrs!! And at the end, they can't help me. All they say is " I will expedite a ticket" ? What?.. if you are thinking of switching over to Verizon, no matter how good their offer is, DO NOT.. therecare hidden fees and now i'm stuck with 36 months which we weren't aware or signed for. Their customer service is worse than anything I've ever dealt with. Everytime that someone finally responds to my replies. Verizon asks me log in again, and once I do, then the system says ' sorry but you reached maximum amount of tries? And then they say " sorry we missed you . Have someone call me!
