I am having billing issues and find the chat to be hit or miss. I called also and thought things were resolved but there was no follow through. Today a chat person asked me why I waited till today to ask about a billing issue on my October bill. I find that so disrespectful. Who can I escalate this issue to?

Don't bother. VZW_CS is poorly trained, unknowledgeable and unhelpful. The private notes are just a way to get you into a chat. Be ready to copy and paste your statements repeatedly to different agents. Be sure to read the documentation related to any issue, VZW_CS often contradicts the written policy. VZW_CS can't comprehend the policy when you read it to them. You will spend a fair amount of time actually explaining their policy to them. Good luck with that. I suggest you leave Verizon at you earliest convenience.
