How can I pay my prepaid account when Verizon can't verify by sending my phone a text or call and says I've exceeded the number of attempts to pay?

I forgot to update my payment information before today's bill is due. Now my phone doesn't work (aside from wi-fi), so Verizon can't send any verification i nformation to my phone so I can pay my bill. It also says I've exceeded the number of attempts to pay.
I've tried calling every customer serivce number possible, but it's only a digital assistant, and they just end up saying "Sorry, can't help" and ends the call. How the heck can I pay my bill??
