How do I contact a rep that can actually help?

I am at a loss.

Over 50 days ago I ordered and received a Galaxy s24 ultra. I used it for 4-5 days, didn’t like it and switched to an IPhone 15. They sent me a return kit for the s24 ultra, I mailed it back. I go check my bill and they charged me over $1500 for not returning it.

I reached out to a rep and told them what happened, gave them the return tracking and they confirmed it was received. I was told a credit would be applied in 48 hours. 

Well, fast forward to today, 9 reps and over 16 hours of my time, my phone service gets disconnected, and still no resolution. Every single rep confirmed it has been returned and to not worry they will take care of it. 

I had to pay out of pocket to get my service turned back on, plus disconnect fees, and I still have not received my money back.

Are next steps to get an attorney? I am out over $1500 right now. I will let it disconnect again, and switch providers and then get an attorney.  I’m at a loss how this is ok.

It’s now been 45 days and I still have not received my credit back of $1540 or my phone that I mailed in. I will be transition my 10 personal family lines and my 26 business lines next week.

 

Everyone avoid Verizon. This has been going on 8 months now and I am out the phone I returned and over $1500. Over 15 reps that said they will get this resolved and to not worry and not one of them have done a thing. Been with Verizon over 10 years and this is how they treat us.
