Verizon has to be one of the worst when it comes to customer service, I mean the absolute worst I have EVER experienced. In October I upgraded my phone, somewhere along the lines they screwed up and sent me 2 phones. From October until January I have called 6-7 times and each time I was told a return label and box were being sent, never received one. Finally in January someone had enough brains to email me one. I sent the phone back and no refund so being so tired of having to follow up, I decided to take matters into my own hands and get a refund from my credit card for the phone I returned. Come February 10th, I tried to make a call and could not. From 9:40am-12;45 am I had been with customer service trying to figure out why none of my lines are working (one being a company line) as I have had auto draft for literally 6-7 years from the same account and no problem. I got nowhere with customer service despite either being transferred 8 times or losing connection with the person helping.so I was forced to go to a corporate store to be told I am past due and that I have been put on a cash restriction. No warning, no notice, nothing literally nothing. I probably lost business because one of the lines didnt work for half the day. I am literally fuming as this is degrading, i've never had to be forced to go pay cash at a store and all of this because Verizon dropped the ball. How can I get in touch with a corporate representative. This experience has been horrendous!!!!!
