How do I get Verizon to honor the promotion sent to me

We decided to switch to verizon from Bright House when we received a mailing from them offering 50/50 Internet, Showtime & HBO for 2 years and Netflix for a year; all for 59.99 a month.  When the installer came out and I was reviewing the contract, I noticed it said 25/25 Internet and so I showed him the plan we signed up for.  He fixed the 50/50 internet speed at that time and told me it would be a couple days for them to turn on Showtime, HBO, & Netflix.  They never did, we've called 4 different times and were on the phone over an hour each time and no one seems to have the authority to honor this offer.  Each time we were finally told that they would call us back by the end of the day and no one has ever done.  

Does anyone know how I can get them to honor their promotion?
