How do I get in touch with a supervisor?

has anyone else been having issues getting help with their bills and constantly ignored by Verizon chat representatives? I have been coerced into paying off installments and been told false promises and reassurance from almost every single Verizon chat representative I’ve spoken with! 

I have been having problems with Verizon for over six months now and as a result, I have a negative balance in my bank account!! I was trying to get my daughter an iPhone 13 mini but was told by numerous chat representatives that if I paid off my device installment for the 13 pro I had that the mini would be free with just the tax as a down payment. Not only did this not happen but they didn’t even admit to saying that the payment would decrease. That was the first bad experience I’ve had with Verizon. The second was when I returned an iPhone 14 Pro that was within the return window, paid $121.08 and was told, (I have screenshots of every conversation with Verizon representatives btw) that I would receive a refund for $71.08 but ended up receiving $67.58. Third Time was when I thought I realized that the store employee who issued the return and cancellation of service had taken my debit card, told me that after the return and cancelled service, my balance owed was $41.67 but never ran my card through. I figured it out when I got home to check my email where there was an email stating that I haven’t paid my bill and the balance was $224 and some change!! It’s been over three days now and I’ve spoken with a multitude of representatives who either were completely rude, or would not respond to my messages at all  after finding ONE decent representative who was willing to listen to my complaints and came up with a solution (though more than I was told I owed by the store employee) and stated she had resolved everything and when I went to pay my bill, it was STILL not being even remotely close to correct. I’ve been with Verizon for over a year and a half, going on two years now and I have never been drained of my money like I have been these last few months. I still believe they can make this right. I refuse to be treated like such a nobody and I’ll give them one last chance to make things right or I won’t hesitate to report everything I have to the BBB and terminate my relationship with Verizon, which I probably should’ve done long ago. I’m wondering if anyone else has had anything even close to what I’ve been through with these people!? My account balance is NEGATIVE because of this!! I have had to put off two biopsies now and have a physically and mentally disabled son who can’t even receive the proper treatment and medications that he needs and this entire situation has been a horrific experience both mentally and physically for me and my family.

Yes, it most certainly has Ms. Natasha. Are you a supervisor? I’m hesitant to message back. As with all the representatives who’ve either never responded to my messages or continuously sent me to another representative who I had to retype out the entire message and when I sent it, yet another representative who asked me “How may I assist you today? I hope you’re having a wonderful day” etc. this has happened more times than I can count. If I were to guess, it would probably be about 65 different times that this has happened. It’s disrespectful, unprofessional and most of all shows that my son’s mental and physical state, my delayed treatment and our now inability to pay for our potentially life saving medical care expenses due to being lured into a false sense of trust and reassurance and with the result of this ending up with a negative balance in my bank account. So Ms. Natasha, can you please tell me if you will be able to get this resolved? I don’t get paid for another almost three weeks and my emotional support dog has no food.. my son has been without his medication that could kill him if abruptly stopped and my high risk of cancer is going to continue to grow if I put off my biopsy yet another month…
