I’ve never dealt with a company that makes it so difficult to pay them. Trying to access my bill on line so I can see what I owe and pay. Can anyone help?

Your bill should be in your My Verizon account when you're logged in. Unless you have a guest account for some reason and aren't able to link anything to said guest account? If the URL for My Verizon has "guest" in it anywhere whenever you login, or you are getting a message saying something like "You'll get the full Account Owner experience when [something] is active", I can get you a link for fixing that. If something else is going on with your account, there's also a one-time bill pay site which doesn't require logging into My Verizon:
