My data usage soared last month -- with no change in behavior, no streaming on the phone, no teenagers using our phone, etc. Account provides detail that "video" used 76% of the data. What does Verizon count under "video"?

Hi, CarpinchoSpirit1. I appreciate the details and want to ensure we're on the same page for data usage. Help is here. Video would be any actions that involve streaming video on your device.

Thanks for responding. That's the catch ... I never stream video on my phone. Only action away from wifi is occasional podcast, Google maps & Gmail. Would those uses fall under "video"? I'm trying to figure out why my data usage spiked.
