Refund for what? A deposit?
Normally 6-8 weeks after 12 monthly on time payments. Miss one and the year starts over.
refund for over paying? I would contact your bank or credit card company and have them charge it back to you. It may however be too late. 90 days is past the banks deadline.
at one time the refund looked like a small post card, not in an envelope just a card with all your information. And if the address is different from when you paid the deposit it may have went to the old address.
