How much is my bill supposed to be

The amount of my bill to be paid on 4/6/17 is $156.91

The amount of my bill to be paid on 3/9/17 is $158.53.

I signed up on 10/21/16 for the triple play 2-year deal where the estimated bill was for $102.77. The 2 Subsequent bills (10/4 and 11/7) were around $111. The bill for 12/7/16 was for $106.39. The bills for 1/6/17 and 2/6/17 were around $97.

I realize that the sign up confirmation email was an estimation, however, none of my bills have been anywhere around the estimated amount. And $47 more than the first two bills is a bit much.

I believe you billed me incorrectly for some of these bills and you are now overcharging me to make up the difference. Itโ€™s not my fault that your company is incompetent and billed me incorrectly in the first place. Itโ€™s not my job to monitor Verizonโ€™s billing department. I paid the bill as per the amount on that bill. So I fulfilled my obligation.

I donโ€™t know what my bill is suppose to be since I have not gotten a bill with the same amount for more than 2 months at most. If some or all of these bills were a mistake, which ones are correct and which ones are not? What is my bill amount suppose to be? Why canโ€™t you bill me the same amount? Am I suppose to go through the next two years not know what my next bill will be? Isnโ€™t that illegal? Am I not entitled to know how much your services cost from the beginning? Why canโ€™t I get some satisfaction from Verizon Fios?

I cannot afford a $47 increase in one month.

Yet again Verizon has shown me that they do not have their customer in mind. As far as Iโ€™m concerned my bill amount should be somewhere close to the estimated amount, around $102.
