Does anyone know how to submit a formal complaint? I've tried speaking to Customer Loyalty and they said to use the Feedback tab, but that's only for feedback related to the website. I've had not one, but TWO, customer service reps give me incorrect information regarding upgrading my phone (which I'm now stuck with) and has now cost me more money on my monthly bill, not to mention countless hours wasted over the phone and in their stores. Any help is appreciated before I resort to BBB.
