I ordered and received a series 9 Apple Watch through Verizon. I submitted my old Apple series 6 Watch for the trade in promotion, but have not sent it in yet. After finding out my older series 2 is also eligible for the promotion I went to the Verizon store but they were unable to cancel my original trade in so that I could resubmit the series 2 for the trade in promotion. How do I cancel the original trade in if the store member was unable to? She was unsure why the cancellation wouldnโt process and told me to contact customer service.
