How to file a complaint with corporate?

I want to write to corporate about a terrible two and a half months as a verizon customer, how can I reach them?

This whole mess stared in May when I realized I was no longer getting a discount through my company for my personal mobile service.

I went online to look at other discounts that might be available to me. I was already getting a $40 loyalty discount, but it never hurts to see where else you could save money. I saw that they had a student discount available for $25, and I just recently went back to school, so I applied for it. Not once did a see a message that this discount would replace any other discounts I currently had. It wasn't until my next bill which went from $123 to $156, when I called I was told about the switch in the discount, I asked to be switched back and was told they would do that. Well once I was charged the charge still went through for $156 so I called back again. This time I asked again to get my discount switched back and I wanted a credit for the extra #30 that I was charged last month.

Well this person said they would once again get me the old discount, they would get me the $30 credit, and then they talked to me about upgrading my second line's phone. They said it I switched plans for my plan and my second line I would be able to upgrade the phone. After going back and forth we set up a new phone, she told me she was setting up with a new line but once I got the phone we would switch it to my second line's number and the third line would be eliminated, and after setting up my old discount and the $30 credit, and switching to the new plans my bill for July would be $96.

I got my statement for July and the bill is $254, and I had a third line added to my plan. I called to fix the issue and once again the discount was not switched back to my old discount, on top of that the student discount I did have was removed because of the third line that was added to my account. I finally got ahold of someone this morning, he first tells me that I was emailed about the discount eliminating my old $40 discount when I signed up for the student discount, that was a lie I went back through my email and the only email I got when I signed up for the student discount was confirmation that I had signed up for it and they were verifying my qualifications. He then cancels the new line, the new phone and says I will get a credit of $35 for the activation fee. Which will bring my July bill down $191, almost $70 more than it should be. He also tells me that he was told that it was not possible to reinstate my old discount, and that I should have called and asked about the discount to avoid my situation.

I feel that I have been deceived, lied to, deceived again, baited into something that made matters worse, and could not get any resolution that did not include me getting ripped off. After 10 plus years at Verizon I will be taking my business elsewhere, but felt I needed to let corporate know how this kind of behavior and deceitfulness can cause them to lose customers. If they even care.

Don't bother with Verizon corporate. FCC is the way to get results. I called Verizon every day for weeks without any progress. I filed a FCC complaint and had my issue resolved literally the next morning.
