I called Verizon support earlier and had a representative make some changes my account. Now I want to get an email showing the billing estimate for next month to make sure that everything is in order. I don't want any surprises on the next bill. How can I have an estimate/summary for the next bill generated/emailed to me (without having to call support again and being on hold for 30+ minutes.)?
You got that because you made a change to your account. It was a bill estimate to make sure you know what you signed up for.
