How does one reach a manager? I have talked to 3 supervisors now on the phone who just promise me something and then its never resolved! The last supervisor was supposed to pull a call recording and speak with the previous supervisor. She was then going to call me back. Here we are two days after the call back date and guess who never called?!? How do you get a manager that will actually listen and follow through with a promise? I used to be a customer service manager and can guarantee that had I made a promise and didnโt deliver, I would have been fired on the spot!! The best part is they thanks me for being a loyal customer for 2 years before they spill more lies and empty promises!!
