How to unmerge Verizon One ID accounts

I need to unmerge my Fios and wireless accounts, as my Fios account is tied to an old account at a different address, and I have a totally new Fios account that I can't merge to my One Verizon ID (since it's still tied to the old Fios account).  Chats with both Wireless and Fios agents did not yield any results. This is blocking me from re-enrolling to Mobile + Home Rewards.

Both logins have different email addresses but they are both at the same address now.
