How to unmerge Verizon One ID accounts

My wireless and account was merged with a home internet account that was deactivated years ago. I'm trying to figure out how to connect it to my current account but have not found a solution as yet.

Any advice/help would be appreciated. 

I've tried going to the store to get this sorted out, but they couldnt help.
