How to unmerge my Fios and wireless accounts?

I need to unmerge my Fios and wireless accounts, as my wireless account is tied to an old suspended Fios service, and I have a totally new Fios account that I can't merge to my One Verizon ID (since it's still tied to the old Fios account).  Chats with both Wireless and Fios agents did not yield any results.
