I HAVE BEEN WITH VERIZON FOR 10 YEARS AND I JUST WANT TO SPEAK TO A ACTUAL PERSON ABOUT MY BILL!

I am talking to my phone so please excuse any misspellings or punctuation. I have been with Verizon for over 20 years 10 years on my own since my divorce. The economy right now is not great, I have two children which I’m not receiving any child support for I just moved and I’m literally Not making my rent. I paid my last bill which had a late fee on it and my contract runs out in December. I can’t afford the bill anymore. I went to set up a payment arrangement this morning and I get a service interruption and now I can’t get to a person to speak with because financial services when you call just hangs up and says you’re not able to speak to anyone until you make a payment if I can make the payment I would’ve made the payment my son is autistic. I need my phone to reach the school in case he has a meltdown or anything and before anybody says anything about what you should pay your bills on time I realize that I am doing the best I can right now. I just need them to reach out so that I can set up the arrangement if it’s even possible, I mean 10 years is a long time to be with a company.
