I Paid bill 2x

Hello, I paid for my Bills 2 times. i bill for 150. and one bill for paid in full. of 208. i was charged for both. i do not want credit  as it was accidental. i could not see if any of those were paid at all. i cannot imagine not being able to receive a refund
