I want to complain about Verizon Fios and how ignorant some of the people are. I asked to speak with the escalation department per my bank and they told me they don’t have one. Then I asked to speak to a higher up and they told me I couldn’t. My bank has their money in a merchant department and Verizon has to call the merchant department line at PNC to have the money released. Verizon said they won’t call the bank. Meanwhile after all day between the bank and Verizon nothing is resolved. When all this is complete I am canceling service with Verizon.
