I need to speak to someone! I have talked to people in the store, called and talked to people and on text threads. I am being charged for a phone I never got (shipping confirmed I never got it) and after going into the store and being told it was handled with the "cooperate team" after I stood there with the man I then was charged a by out fee for a phone I never got. I have screen shot all of the threads and I also tried to reach back out to the store that he was at to be told he was now at another store as he travelled around to help. The gal that called me told me she would get with the regional manager and get back to me and that never happened. Verizon is now threating to turn off my line unless I pay the $1,500. This is so crazy and I can't believe that they can get away with this type of customer service. I want to cry as I have spent so much time on this! Please please let me talk to someone and get this solved. I have tried to reach out again today and am on a texting thread with the 3rd person all on the same thread and they just keep transferring me to new people. This is all so mean! Please do the right thing Verizon!

Hey,
I am having the same issue. I have spoken to multiple verizon reps that have told me not to worry but no one has an answer. They want me to pay for a phone that clearly was never delivered and no rep on chat or voice can fix this. Everyone gives me the run around.
