Four months now of trying to get off this Freedon Essesntials Package. What a fiasco. I cannot believe this is Verizon. Their billing/customer service dept.is screwed up. Have to make my ninth or tenth call regarding this issue. I use the term cutomer sevice in jest. If AT&T were in my neighorhood I woudl be do gone. Let's see how long I will be on the phone this tiem and how much further they can screw me up.
