I can't sing into my account and my prepaid phone service stopped working after I had Verizon support cancel a line.
Help is here! We want to make sure all your concerns are addressed. Did you delete all lines on your Prepaid account, or are there active lines remaining?

I only wanted to delete one line. I asked someone on chat to delete the specific line and now I cannot sign into anything and none of the other lines have service.
Any help with this?
