I can not sing into my Verizon account. I had someone in chat cancel a line and now I can not sign into my account and non of the other lines have service. I only wanted one account canceled.
We want to get to the bottom of this together! To clarify, do you have any active lines of service currently? Were you only intending on canceling one line, rather than all of them? Please send us a Private Note for further support.
