I cannot redeem my $200 Nest/Google Promotion. Is it a scam?

Hey,

i was supposed to get my $200 credit on 8/16/2018.. Whenever I sign in to purchase, I get a pop up saying “redemption will begin on 10/16/2018”. It is now the 18th and I am still getting that message. Has anyone been able to redeem this $200?
