Hello,
Ive fallen on some hard times and have had trouble paying my bill. But before this happened, i was regularly paying my bill on time, always. Around 3 months ago Verizon was not allowing me to sign in to may my bill, resulting in racked up charges, which are now at $469. I spoke to three different agents who promised if i paid $10,$5, etc., they’d send me a link to set up another payment arrangement (mind you, the only reason the first was not honored was because again, verizon refused to let me sign in), so now after being promised by multiple agents that my service would not be shut off, my service is shut off. I spoke to financial services where the lady was just like, “yeah tough luck”. I can’t afford this bill. I lost my job and it’s been so hard to find another one. If anyone can help find a solution, PLEASE.
