How to Update Your Auto Pay Checking Account for Verizon

You can easily change your Auto Pay account to your new checking account by following these steps:
1. Update Auto Pay Online
- Log in to your Verizon account using your credentials.
- Go to Billing or Payment Options.
- Click on Manage Auto Pay (this may be under the “Payment Settings” section).
- Select Edit Payment Method and enter your new checking account details.
- Confirm the changes and save your updated payment method.
2. Update Through the My Verizon App
- Open the My Verizon app on your smartphone.
- Navigate to Billing & Payment Settings.
- Find Auto Pay and tap Edit to update your account.
- Enter your new checking account details and save the changes.
3. Contact Verizon Support (If Needed)
If you’re unable to update it online or through the app, you can call Verizon Customer Service at 1-800-922-0204 and request assistance in updating your Auto Pay details.
Your next payment should be deducted from your new checking account once the changes take effect.
