I keep getting the message "experiencing a problem while connecting you to the server" while trying to switch plans

Hihaylieleebug0419. I get it, trying to make a change and it's like the door shuts you down. When this happens to me, I will clear cache on my browser and/or turn my phone (or tablet/computer) off and back on to get a fresh connection.
