I'm unable to make payment

I've been a VERY UNHAPPY customer with Verizon for about a year. You guys are the absolute worst. My service was shut off yesterday without any notice or anything. I chatted with someone on June 1 and they said I have until June 15 to pay the past due amount. 

I'm struggling right now. I was evicted from my house, was in a Psych Ward for a month and I'm homeless living in a shelter, and  I'm not medically cleared to work so I have no income.

I have a text message from June 1 at 3:20 pm saying that my account was suppressed until June 15. I called multiple times yesterday and after being transferred 6 or 7 times on each call, I was told that the text message was not in there notes. One person from said it was, another said it wasn't.

This is the 3rd or 4th time this has happened to me. I have more time to pay the bill and I get shut off. Also, your customer service stinks too. You get transferred all over the place. Then you try to pay the bill but you DISCONNECT ME, and none of the services work, like quick access or logging in.

Honestly, I want me service restored NOW. I'm going through enough as it is without another headache. I think I'm going to leave Verizon. I'm not happy one bit. BUT I want my service restored. I need my internet for work and for my mental health as I see my PSYCHIATRIST and Therapist via zoom calls.

Don't tell me to login to my account because I can't. It says I'm not connected even though last night I signed up for AutoPay and it said my services were reconnected and I have until 6/27 to make a payment for the auto pay to work.

I'm aggravated ๐Ÿ˜ ๐Ÿ˜ ๐Ÿ˜  PLEASE HELP ME!!!!
