I need a billing manager

I need a  member of management in Customer Service to call me on my phone *****. My bill is now at 1900.00 and It's only 2 months behind. ON a $300 bill.  I've been told NO ONE will work with me... I've explained my situation multiple times. 

I have been put on a cash payment because my payment arrangements didn't go through. My bank account was hacked- and they took a ton of $ that I am now out of. Trying to get back on my feet- with sickness- hospitalizations, starting a new job. Not to mention my mother in law lives 3 hours away and she is 78 years old. This is our only phone in the house. 

I am willing to work with you, but I don't have $525, nor $1053 right now to drop on the phone bill. I have offered $200 today - $300 Friday- $300 next Friday and I can pay $600 on the 14th  and the remainder by the end of the month.  I should be back to good by March. 

I work from home, and I need my phone. Even if I just have my phone and 1 other turned back on until the bill in paid in full (my sister in law is a manager that needs her phone)

I am in a contract with you, and I have to pay my bill or I breach my contract- I am begging you to work with me.
